One of Good Times Roll’s two Founders, Scott heads up our business development - so he's the guy who makes the decisions on which town, city, or country we bring Good Times Roll to next.
Also a key member in cooking up the next big idea and story, Scott is known to be an 80’s music fanatic - you can be sure that whenever you hear a classic tune coming from one of the stores, he had something to do with it!

Another of our Founders, and a true foodie and barista supremo, Harry can be credited for almost all the spectacular flavours on the Good Times Roll menu board.
A logistical wizard, he gets his kicks keeping our kiosks running smoothly and bringing all the crazy ideas we have to life!
Unfortunately, Harry’s taste in music has caused an enforced ban on his contributions to the playlists - because no one deserves to eat an ice cream whilst listening to 'Ribspreader'.

What is a Roll Model?
At the heart of the Good Times Roll team is our Roll Models.
It's a cute and instagram-y term for our smiling ice cream makers, and their role is to delight each and every person that walks in through the Good Times Roll door.
Each Roll Model brings to the table their own unique qualities to strengthen the team, however a trait that runs through our team is an enthusiastic and outgoing nature - we love being at the shop and we want to make sure each staff member and customer has the same experience!
